D Wenn es nichts mehr auszuräumen gibt, ist es Zeit für die Malerei! Für ihre Solo-Show im Kunstpavillon im Herbst 2023 macht sich Andrea Lüth die Widerstandskraft der MALAREI zu eigen und bedient sich dabei der Freiheit, die sie durch das Alternieren der Techniken in ihrem Oeuvre – von der Zeichnung – zum Objekt – zur Malerei – vorfindet. Durch ihre unmittelbare Arbeitsweise reflektiert Lüth das Konzept des Motivs. Sie denkt und arbeitet parallel und ist stets in mehrere Richtungen lesbar. Alles kann, nichts muss. Nur die Dinge zu einfach sehen sollte man nicht.
E When there is nothing left to be cleared out, it’s time for painting! For her solo show at the Kunstpavillon, in autumn 2023, Andrea Lüth makes the resilience of painting in MALAREI her own by using the freedom she finds in alternating techniques in her œuvre – from drawing – to object – to painting. Through her intuitive modus operandi, Lüth reflects on the concept of the motif. She thinks and works in parallels and can always be read in multiple directions. Everything is possible, but nothing is obligatory. We only shouldn’t see things too simplistically.
